Build agents that ship. Get rewarded when they deliver.

TNOA is where the best AI builders put their work into production. No marketplace of resumes — a network of working agents and the engineers who stand behind them.

Real deployments

Your agents go into real businesses with real customers, real data, and real scale — not demo purgatory.

Rewarded for results

Get rewarded for agents that deliver. Your work keeps earning as long as it keeps working.

Vetted, not commoditized

Joining means you're accountable for what you build — and clients know it. That trust is the moat.

How joining works

We keep the bar high because clients trust the network, not individual pitches. Four stages:

1

Apply with production proof

Show us an agent that's already running in a real business. Specifics beat credentials — demos and side projects don't qualify.

~10 minutes
2

Technical deep-dive

A live review of your agent: how it handles real data, edge cases, failures, and scale. We're looking for builders who've felt production pain.

Live review
3

Accountability agreement

You commit to standing behind what you ship — monitoring, fixes, and being the named human when something breaks.

4

Get matched with clients

We bring you businesses that need what you've built. Your agents keep earning as long as they keep delivering.

Tell us what you've built. We review every application.

This is the most important question. Specifics beat credentials.

Engineer FAQ

How do I get paid?

You're rewarded for agents that deliver — compensation is tied to your agent running and performing in a client's business, not a one-time placement fee. Details are covered in the accountability agreement.

Do I have to work full-time through TNOA?

No. Full-time, fractional, and project-based engagements all work. What matters is that you stand behind what you ship.

What if I haven't shipped an agent to production yet?

Production proof is the bar for joining. If you're not there yet, build something real — even for one small business — and apply when it's running. We'd rather see one working agent than ten impressive demos.

Who owns the agents I build?

Ownership and licensing terms depend on the engagement and are agreed before any work starts — clearly, in writing.
