The network is led by a founder who has spent his career at the intersection of technology, talent, and building companies.
As Founder and CEO, Hrish leads TNOA and the network of engineers behind it, and shapes the vision and standards the network is built on. He previously co-founded SuperWorld, a virtual world mapped onto the real world, and Rogue Initiative Studios, a Hollywood film, TV, and immersive entertainment studio partnered with director Michael Bay. Earlier he was founding Managing Partner of Eastlabs, an early-stage VC fund, and a Senior Business Developer and Global Evangelist at Toptal, the elite talent network, giving him a front-row seat to what separates builders who ship from those who don't.
His career spans venture capital at Spencer Trask Ventures and investment banking at UBS and HSBC, where he focused on corporate finance, public finance, and M&A. He holds a BA from Rice University and an MBA and MPH from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and completed the Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports (BEMS) executive education program at Harvard Business School.
