How we handle information you share with us on this website.
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Network of Agents Inc. (“TNOA,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit thenetworkofagents.com (the “Site”), fill out a form, book a call, or otherwise interact with us. It does not govern the services we deliver under a signed client, engineer, or affiliate agreement — those are covered by the applicable contract and, where personal data is involved, a Data Processing Agreement.
When you submit one of our forms — the contact form, the AI-Agent Scorecard, or the engineering-partner application — or book a call, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company and company size, role, budget and timeline, technical stack, links (LinkedIn, GitHub, website), and any details you type into free-text fields. The Scorecard also collects your answers to its assessment questions.
Like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps — for security and operational purposes. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on the Site. See our Cookie Notice for details on cookies.
Our on-site chat assistant runs entirely in your browser using a built-in knowledge base. It does not transmit your conversation to a server. If you choose to email or book a call through it, that information is handled as described below.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
| Recipient | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Formspree | Receives and delivers our website form submissions to us. |
| Calendar appointment booking and our business email. | |
| Netlify | Website hosting and server logs. |
| Tolt (when the affiliate program is active) | Attributes affiliate referrals via a referral cookie. See the Cookie Notice. |
| Professional advisors / authorities | When required by law, or to protect our rights. |
We may also share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, pursue a potential or actual engagement, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 6).
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information and may opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of it — though we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are in a region with data-protection laws such as the GDPR, you may exercise the rights above and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any right, email us at outreach@thenetworkofagents.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We are based in the United States and process information here. By using the Site, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date above.
