These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thenetworkofagents.com (the “Site”), operated by The Network of Agents Inc. (“TNOA,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site, the AI-Agent Scorecard, the chat assistant, and any blog or resource content are provided for general information only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and using them does not create a client relationship. Any actual engagement with TNOA is governed by a separate written agreement (for example, our Client Services Agreement and a Statement of Work), which controls over these Terms for that engagement.
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or fraudulently; submit false information through our forms; attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape or harvest data except as permitted by our robots file; or use the Site to infringe anyone’s rights.
When you submit information through a form, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle submissions as described in our Privacy Policy. Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used without obligation to you.
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and the TNOA name and marks — are owned by TNOA or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, republish, or use our marks without our prior written consent.
The Site links to third-party sites and uses third-party services (such as Formspree, Google Calendar, and our hosting provider). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TNOA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold TNOA harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law rules. The exclusive forum for any dispute relating to the Site is the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
